CCFA withdrawals requests must be submitted Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET. Payments are processed 24-48 hours after the request is entered. Loads can be made to credit cards with an outstanding balance that exceeds the payout amount requested.
IMPORTANT! The CCFA sent to your credit card cannot exceed 80% of the current balance due. The credit card issuer will see the CCFA as a load and not a payment. The card's minimum monthly payment must still be made on time.
In order to process a CCFA payout, you need to reply to a confirmation email sent by our Customer Service Staff. You must attach to the email the latest credit card statement of the card that will be loaded. Please make sure to respond with accurate information. Returned transactions due to delivery impossibilities caused by incorrect or incomplete card information will incur a $40 fee and may ban your account from this payout method.

Furthermore, it can create unnecessary problems for the card/cardholder. The same outcome may occur when attempting to use prepaid cards, re-loadable cards, gift cards or any other type of card that is not EXACTLY a bank issued credit card.
